Abstract
Cervical cerclage is an effective treatment of cervical incompetence. It is conventionally done by laparotomy approach. Laparoscopic abdominal cerclage is a less invasive technique that could replace the laparotomy technique. Laparoscopic abdominal cerclage does not require hospitalization, is associated with less pain, and leads to a faster recovery. Laparoscopic abdominal cerclage is equal to or may be better than abdominal cerclage by laparotomy.Entities:
