[A case report of coronary arteriovenous fistula between the left coronary artery and superior vena cava].

Abstract

A 52-year-old man with coronary arteriovenous fistula between left coronary artery and superior vena cava was reported. He was admitted to our hospital for chest pain, but had no murmur. The operation was performed without the use of cardiopulmonary bypass. The fistula was ligated near its inlet to the superior vena cava. Postoperative course of the patient was uneventful.
