Abstract
In this review, I describe the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and its application to cancer diagnostics. I present recent improvements to PCR methodology, and describe some state-of-the-art detection methods and approaches used to diagnose various cancer markers, including ras genes, BCR/abl translocations, and G-proteins.Entities:
