Loculated interlobar air-fluid collection in congestive heart failure.

J G Rabinowitz, T Kongtawng.

Abstract

Two patients are described who had congestive heart failure with loculated interlobar air-fluid collections. Although pseudotumor (interlobar effusion) is a well-known finding in congestive heart failure, the additional presence of air is unique. Both are somewhat related to the underlying failure.
