Abstract
This article presents observations of case management in the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation AIDS Health Services Program. Case management is discussed in terms of assessment, care plan development, client links with services, monitoring, and advocacy. Recommendations are proposed to ensure that AIDS case management is delivered in a standard and equitable manner that can be monitored by quality assurance agencies.Entities:
