Abstract
One hundred eight patients with single- or dual-chamber pacemakers underwent exercise myocardial perfusion imaging with thallium-201 or technetium-99m sestamibi. A high-risk scan (a large fixed defect, a large reversible defect, or evidence of cardiomyopathy) identified patients at high risk for cardiac death on both a univariate and multivariate basis.Entities:
