Abstract
Right atrial thrombosis during chemotherapy is commonly treated conservatively. We describe a minimally invasive surgical procedure to remove a right atrial thrombus in a patient with a history of recurrent lung embolism. Surgery was performed through a mini-thoracotomy without cardiopulmonary bypass during occlusion of both caval veins. Recovery was uneventful.Entities:
