Abstract
Cerebral salt wasting syndrome (CSWS) is a syndrome of hyponatremia and natriuresis described in patients with intracranial diseases. We describe a 3-year-old boy with tuberculous meningitis complicated by hydrocephalus and CSWS and emphasize the different clinical presentation and management of patients with CSWS and the syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone.Entities:
