Abstract
Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is a common complication in the stem cell transplant (SCT) patient. The skin, gastrointestinal tract, and the liver are the most frequently affected organs. The authors present the first reported case of a spontaneous rupture of the liver in a child with GVHD after SCT.Entities:
