VizRank: finding informative data projections in functional genomics by machine learning.

Abstract

UNLABELLED: VizRank is a tool that finds interesting two-dimensional projections of class-labeled data. When applied to multi-dimensional functional genomics datasets, VizRank can systematically find relevant biological patterns.
