Abstract
Therapeutic manipulation is one of the oldest and most enduring treatment approaches to spinal pain. Multiple clinical trials have been structured to assess its therapeutic efficacy. A review of these reports suggests that in the acute circumstance, manipulation may hasten recovery but is not of significant benefit in the management of chronic spinal pain.Entities:
