Abstract
Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia (ARVD) is a heart muscle disease of unknown origin. Although MR imaging is regarded as the best technique for the demonstration of functional and structural abnormalities in ARVD, fat deposits in the interventricular septum have never been documented on MR imaging. We report the case of interventricular septal fatty deposition demonstrated by fat-suppressed MR imaging in a 48-year-old man.Entities:
