Abstract
We present the case of a 49-year-old male with the diagnosis of pancreatic insulinoma who underwent laparoscopic enucleation. The surgical procedure was completed successfully. The patient suffered from postoperative low-volume pancreatic fistula, which was self-limited. This was the first laparoscopic enucleation of an insulinoma in Turkey. The laparoscopic enucleation procedure is an appropriate method for superficially located pancreatic corpus and tail insulinomas.Entities:
