Abstract
Retroperitoneoscopy is a rarely indicated procedure for the urological surgeon. However, it can be a useful means to approach some types of ureteral pathology and foreign bodies. We describe a case in which a severed surgical drain was removed from deep within the retroperitoneum by using a percutaneous retroperitoneal approach.Mesh:
