Abstract
A patient with vague, nonspecific symptoms was initially thought to have an enlarged cardiac silhouette on chest roentgenogram, and a primary intracardiac disorder was suspected. At surgery, a mediastinal lipoma was diagnosed and excised. The roentgenographic appearance represents an unusual presentation of a mediastinal tumor.Entities:
