Abstract
Two children with isolated ischaemic contractures of the mobile wad (extensor carpi radialis longus, extensor carpi radialis brevis and brachioradialis), which developed after treatment of a supracondylar fracture, are presented. Z-lengthening of the extensor carpi radialis longus and brevis tendons improved wrist flexion.Entities:
