Abstract
This report describes the case of a man accused of murder who had the prosecution case dismissed after he complained that he had been coerced (following assault with a needle) into providing a statement. Subsequent events determined that a more complete examination following his complaint may not have resulted in the case being (wrongfully) dismissed.Entities:
