Abstract
We performed microarray analyses of murine peritoneal macrophages to examine cellular transcriptional responses to a cytotoxic enterotoxin of Aeromonas hydrophila. While 66% of altered genes were common to both primary macrophages and the murine macrophage cell line RAW 264.7, Act caused expression changes of 28 genes specifically in murine peritoneal macrophages.Entities:
