Abstract
An 11-year-old boy was diagnosed with a primary acquired iris stromal cyst. A 5-year follow-up showed growth of the cyst with visual impairment. An inferior iridectomy was performed including the whole cystic lesion. The presence of a cataract is rare, especially in adolescents, but requires treatment to preserve the globe and vision.Entities:
