Abstract
We report a complex case of percutaneous intervention on a right coronary artery with calcific stenoses and a large coronary aneurysm with long longitudinal diameter, which was successfully performed using a polytetrafluoroethylene-covered self-expandable stent (Symbiot; Boston Scientific; Natick, MA). The use of this new device may enhance the anatomic indications for percutaneous interventions on coronary aneurysms.Entities:
