Abstract
Gastric adenocarcinoma is a rare diagnosis in children. Modern treatment includes chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgery and has evolved over the past decade. The authors report a case of an 8-year-old girl with gastric adenocarcinoma. The case will be followed by a brief discussion of the presentation, current management guidelines, and prognosis of this rare pediatric entity.Entities:
