Abstract
We present a case of acute, massive subdural hemorrhage caused by rupture of an internal carotid artery aneurysm during the procedure of cerebral angiography. To our knowledge, a case like the present one has been reported only once in the English-language literature. The incidence, mechanisms, treatment, and prognosis of (1) subdural hematoma, caused by rupture of cerebral aneurysm, and (2) re-rupture of aneurysm during the angiography procedure are discussed.Entities:
