Pediatric hip pain.

This presentation deals with acute hip pain problems in children. These include: fractures, avulsion injuries, infection and inflammation, aseptic necrosis, slipped capital femoral epiphysis, and tumor and tumor-like conditions. Emphasis is on plain film findings and how not to miss them in their subtle forms.
