Abstract
Blunt injury of the abdominal aorta resulting in pseudoaneurysm formation is very rare. Such a pseudoaneurysm may rupture at any time, usually with fatal outcome. We report the case of a 32-year-old man with a clinically unsuspected ruptured abdominal aorta pseudoaneurysm, which had probably formed 3 years earlier, and emphasize the CT features.Entities:
