Abstract
The authors report the case of a five and a half year-old-boy with symptomatic MRI abnormalities of the ischiopubic synchondrosis. The concept of "ischiopubic osteochondritis" is reviewed in the light of modern imaging, and the importance of its differentiation from different pathological entities such as osteomyelitis, tumour, fracture or other pathologic entities is recalled.Entities:
