Abstract
Two cases of bullous pemphigoid exclusively limited to the skin overlying a hemodialysis fistula in patients with chronic renal failure are reported. This is an unusual association, but should be taken into account in the differential diagnosis of bullous disorders among patients on hemodialysis. We hypothesize about the pathogenesis of this process.Entities:
