Abstract
Corrective ankle osteotomies are periarticular osteotomies of the fibula, distal tibial metaphysis, or distal tibial metaphyseal diaphyseal junction. These osteotomies are indicated when angular, rotational, or translational malalignment is present. The author presents a review of the literature and in-depth surgical technique for each procedure, as well as a review of how to prevent and address the most common complications encountered.Entities:
