Abstract
Chemokines participate in many biological processes in homeostasis and disease. Recently, they have been implicated in cancer, more specifically in tumor angiogenesis and metastasis. Here we review evidence supporting a role for chemokines in the pathogenesis of Kaposi's sarcoma and discuss a possible role for these molecules in angioproliferation and immune evasion.Entities:
