Abstract
A severely pre-eclampic patient developed peripartum cardiomyopathy and bilateral femoral emboli. Medical therapy for cardiac failure was commenced prior to delivery by Caesarean Section. Bilateral femoral embolectomy was performed on the sixth postpartum day.Entities:
