Abstract
Neonatal gross hematuria is a rare clinical entity. Only occasionally is it associated with obstructive uropathy in the neonate. We report a case in which gross hematuria was the presenting sign in a patient with posterior urethral valves. The differential diagnosis of neonatal gross hematuria with particular attention to obstructive uropathy is reviewed.Entities:
