Abstract
Mucolipidosis type IV (MLIV) is a rare genetic disorder that primarily affects persons of Ashkenazi Jewish descent. Current information available about testing options and the Ashkenazi Jewish Screening panel, including the addition of screening for MLIV, is presented.
