Abstract
A 12-year-old male child reported with history of fever for last seven years. Hepatosplenomegaly, hepatic and bone marrow granulomas were the main features. Idiopathic Granulomatous Hepatitis (IGH), a rare syndrome amenable to immunosuppressive therapy was diagnosed.Entities:
