Abstract
We report the MR appearance of undifferentiated (embryonal) sarcoma of the liver (USL) in a 13-year-old female who presented with a 1-year history of intermittent abdominal pain, weight loss, and fatigue. The tumor was a large, solitary, well-defined focal mass lesion with multiple cystic spaces, septations, and substantial central necrosis.Entities:
