Sonographic findings in spontaneous renal transplant rupture.

Abstract

A post-transplant kidney became acutely swollen during a rejection episode. The hemoglobin level and pulsitility index fell. Sonographic examination demonstrated extrarenal and subcapsular collections due to spontaneous renal transplant rupture.
