Abstract
A 4-year-old girl presented with a history and examination results suggestive of peritonitis. Exploration of abdomen was done with suspicion of enteric perforation, which showed long ileal trichobezoar with perforation of .5-cm diameter. The stomach was devoid to any fragment of bezoar. There was no history of hair eating and nervous habits.Entities:
