Abstract
Enteric duplication cysts are rare congenital anomalies of the GI tract. We present a most unusual case presenting as a cystic lesion on the pancreas simulating a cystic pancreatic neoplasm. The differential diagnosis of cystic pancreatic lesions as well as duplication cysts is discussed.Entities:
