Abstract
We describe a patient with an intracerebral haemorrhage following an accidental dural puncture during an attempted epidural for pain relief in labour. Anaesthetists need to include intracerebral haemorrhage in the differential diagnosis of post-dural puncture headache in the puerperium.Entities:
