Abstract
A case of gallbladder disease that caused severe electrocardiographic changes resembling those seen with myocardial ischemia is presented. Normal coronary artery anatomy was documented by means of arteriography, and the patient's symptoms were relieved after cholecystectomy. Various theories concerning the cause of such electrocardiographic changes are discussed.Entities:
