Abstract
Leiomyosarcoma of the testis is a very rare tumor in children. This report describes a massive leiomyosarcoma of the left testis in an infant that was treated successfully by excision and chemotherapy. During follow-up of 1 year, there has been no recurrence or metastases. No previous report of this tumor in an infant was found in the English-language literature.Entities:
