Abstract
Musculoskeletal neoplasia are rare and can present in a highly variable fashion. Maintaining an index of suspicion for the presence of neoplasia is important. A standard approach to evaluation with history, physical, and appropriate imaging studies is mandatory. This information then can be synthesized to properly stage the lesion, which in turn facilitates an appropriate treatment plan. This article discusses the systematic approach to the evaluation and staging of musculoskeletal lesions.Entities:
