Abstract
We report that a 27-year-old woman with bilateral severe hydronephorosis during pregnancy 20 years after antireflux surgery. The patient developed postrenal acute renal failure due to obstruction of the lower ureter. This patient could safely give birth after bilateral percutaneous nephrostomy through joint management with the obstetrics and gynecology staff. We describe that stenosis of the lower ureter is a late complication of antireflux surgery.Entities:
