Abstract
A 52-year-old man with atrial flutter was diagnosed as having a large congenital aneurysm or diverticulum of the right atrium. Surgical resection of the aneurysm under beating heart condition promptly eliminated atrial flutter. The patient has maintained sinus rhythm during the past 18 months of follow-up period.Entities:
