Abstract
The management of practising Jehovah's Witnesses who have haematological problems presents many different challenges both at the level of treatment strategy and ethics. This article focuses on the beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses and addresses treatment modalities available for and acceptable to these individuals. Recent advances in the development of novel therapeutic agents have aided the management of Jehovah's Witnesses. Finally, the background to the ethical dilemmas raised by these issues is discussed.Entities:
