Abstract
The Mondini deformity of the inner ear is usually associated with a large vestibular aqueduct and endolymphatic sac. The authors present a case with a hypoplastic sac and endolymphatic hydrops, which are presumed to be the cause of the Meniere's syndrome symptoms that occurred in mid-life.Entities:
