Abstract
The Ross-Konno procedure, applied to neonates with severe left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) obstruction, offers a satisfactory solution in fully releasing the LVOT gradient, and in replacing the aortic valve with a pulmonary autograft with an excellent growth potential.
