Abstract
In 107 patients with coronary disease and severe left ventricular dysfunction, we examined the prognostic power of viability identified by dobutamine stress echocardiography. At a mean follow-up of 27 months, patients with viable myocardium who underwent revascularization had a significant survival advantage over all other patients (2-year survival 83.5% vs 57.2%, p = 0.0037).Entities:
