Abstract
We review the literature concerning the initial presentation of neurosyphilis in status epilepticus (SE) and provide an additional case of a 41-year-old male with no past medical history of seizures who presented in status epilepticus with subsequent laboratory confirmation of neurosyphilis. Neurosyphilis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with status epilepticus.Entities:
