Abstract
An unusual pancreatobiliary fistula occurred as a complication of chronic pancreatitis. Endoscopic papillotomy was performed and a plastic endoprosthesis was inserted into the main pancreatic duct. The pancreatic stenting led to the closure of the fistula and no additional surgical treatment was necessary.Entities:
