Abstract
Enterocytozoon bieneusi is an agent of intestinal microsporidiosis leading to chronic diarrhoea in AIDS patients. Pulmonary involvement may occur but remains rare with only 4 cases reported in the literature. We report here the fifth case of pulmonary localization of E. bieneusi in a severe immunocompromized HIV-infected patient with intestinal and pulmonary symptoms.Entities:
