Abstract
We report on a 55-year-old man who was diagnosed with agenesis of the left lung in childhood. He was essentially asymptomatic until he was 53 years of age, when he became symptomatic with exertional dyspnea due to severe mitral regurgitation. We performed mitral valve repair using a median sternotomy incision approach.Entities:
